Venue Intelligence collects only the information needed to review a Mini-Audit request, respond to an inquiry, and improve the clarity and safety of this website. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information you provide

When you request a Mini-Audit, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, venue name and type, market, website or Google Business Profile, your business challenge, desired outcome, preferred contact method, and phone number if you choose to provide it.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, understand the venue context, contact you about that request, and prepare any follow-up you approve. A public Mini-Audit request does not automatically run AI, publish content, contact guests, or create a client relationship.

Site activity and security

We record limited, anonymous first-party activity such as page views, form starts, workflow selections, and completed requests to understand whether the page is useful. These records are not used to identify you and do not include names, emails, raw URLs, raw user agents, or raw IP addresses. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limits to help block spam and abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your Mini-Audit request with guests or publish it. Cloudflare provides the website hosting, security, spam protection, and database services needed to operate the form.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you provided by emailing hello@getvenueintelligence.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or its data practices change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date.
